That’s why, together with your loved one, we fill out a booklet that tells us all about their personal history, likes, dislikes, and preferences. We want to know what makes them happy, frustrated, or anxious, and what activities they enjoy. We want to get to know the real person behind the dementia, not just see them as someone with the condition.
